Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ½ cup Vanilla Complete
  • 1⅓ cups oats (uncooked)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter or ½ cup coconut oil, melted

Cooking Steps

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Layer apples and berries in a baking tray and drizzle lemon juice over the top.

    In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, Vanilla Complete, and melted butter or coconut oil.

    Spread the oat mixture evenly over the fruit.

    Bake for 50 minutes.
